Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some items may ship from different fulfillment centers, so if you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays
Night Guard is not liable for any delays caused by customs, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other events outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.
